PROJECT ELEMENTS

•Intake on shire river and pump station.

•The water from Shire river will be pumped Treatment works.

•Treatment works will comprise of sedimentation tank, filters dosing system and an 500 cubic meter elevated concrete tank.

•A total of 21.384 kilometers of pipeline will be done for Zalewa.

•The first 10 communal water points will be constructed in Zalewa during the project.

•CWP committees will be established and trained for proper running of the CWP.

•Construction of an office block and staff houses
