Southern Region Water Board has been recognized as one of Malawi’s top employers during the prestigious Employer of the Year Awards hosted by the Employers’ Consultative Association of Malawi (ECAMA).

During the event SRWB proudly secured First Position in the Best Employer – Social Protection Category, a reflection of the Board’s commitment to the welfare and security of its workforce. In addition, the Board earned Second Position as Best Performer in Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement, recognizing its strong employee relations and inclusive work environment.

The Employer of the Year Awards are part of ECAMA’s initiative to promote and celebrate excellence in employment practices across Malawi. SRWB’s performance at this year’s awards underscores the Board’s position not only as a leading utility service provider but also as an employer of choice.
